How do I carry a gold game

Title says it. I just can’t win games on this champ. I don’t know what it is I just don’t know how to carry. I usually solo kill lane once or twice and roam around the map. But what can I do to carry games especially when the enemy has a fed top or jungle or adc. And do you guys have any tips on how to close out games or play from behind
