The hand snapping emoji

I recently wanted to snap through text and found there was no snapping emoji. I immediately thought it might just be because I had an android. I used the clapping emoji and moved on still a little confused. Then I thought about it more and decided to ask my friend (who had an iphone) to see if they had a snapping emoji, no luck! Where did I see this and why do I believe so strongly that it was there??? Does anyone else remember it??
