[Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition] Voice acting doesn't work on most of the game (in both languages) + can't switch text to other languages

I downloaded the PC game and the fix (patch) from pcgamestorrents.com, not sure if that's a good place to do it or if it's dangerous, what do you think? It's from CODEX.

The game works fine but a lot of the dialogue is not dubbed. Full on cutscenes are, and when I get in and out of battle the voice acting is also there, but if it's just a dialog bubble then there's no voice. Most of the game's dialog is done through bubbles like that, they're all missing both in english and japanese.

I also don't know how to change the text language. Is there a way to do that? When I first opened it it showed me a privacy policy and by pressing a button I could read it in many languages. Other than that all text has been in english and I can't seem to change it. Is that impossible in this crack?

I've installed codex-tales.of.vesperia.definitive.edition, Tales.of.Vesperia.Definitive.Edition.Crackfix.incl.DLC.Unlocker.rar and codex-tales.of.vesperia.definitive.edition.update.v1.2.
