What is the Ni critic?

Inspired by another thread.

I don't quite understand Ni, scratch that, I don't understand Ni at all.

Is it the underlying feeling that all we/I do is utterly pointless and that the inevitable can't be changed?

Is it what gives me the impression of how small I am in the world and that it is ridiculous to expect life to care?

I don't know how to explain it. It's like I feel how something will turn out the way it does without analysis.

Can any secondary Ne users relate?
