Ankle healed pointing outwards after severe sprain; any options?

During fall 2017 I sprained my right ankle playing high school football. Week 1 senior season: Myself and my 300lb teammate are both sprinting trying to tackle someone and he dove at full speed into the inside of my outstretched right leg. As I stepped down, the ligaments on the outside of my foot were shredded the full force of my sprint.
I couldn't put any weight on it whatsoever for about a week and I had severe bruising and swelling in my ankle as well. The skin looked stretched thin around the whole ankle but the swelling was mostly on the outside of my foot. An Xray revealed no fractures.
I sat for 3 weeks, and came back about 3 days after jogging for the first time. I played with an awful limp for the next 6 weeks of the season. The upward force on my toe while running normally hurt really bad, but sitting wasn't an option. So I started pointing my outward,(unconsciously) while running because it hurt much less.
Now, almost 3 years later my foot has permanently healed pointing outwards. Its probably about 20-30 degrees off and has completely changed the way I walk and run. This has led to a recurring glute injury and knee pain.
Is there anything I can do at this point to fix the awful ligament damage and rotate my toes back straight? I haven't seen a brace that looks like it would realign it, but rather would stabilize it where it is. More physical therapy to test the limits of my range of motion? I stopped doing PT after the season.
