Best mods for more entertaining gameplay?

So I really miss how quirky the sims 2 and even the sims 3 was. Stuff like burglaries, richer stories and relationships, repomen who would come to your house and suck your furniture up. The game is just so bland now :( Do you guys have any favorite mods that bring back that Sims charm?
