Toilet paper!

I'm nearly out of toilet paper and for the past week I haven't found any.. anywhere. I tried ordering online and wollies accepted the order but then emailed to say they are out of stock. Does anyone have a tip? Like a good time of day to get from supermarket? Somewhere that restocks? I'm just trying to buy one packet...
