Is Shaxx not saying anything to you after a match?

Usually he'll say a line whether you win or lose but he hasn't said anything to me in the last couple matches which is very weird to me. Did Bungie say they were going to remove his line and I missed that part of the update or is it a bug? Which line I mean is the one he says after announcing you either won or lost the match.

Examples of parts of lines that I can remember are; Not throwing enough grenades. There not being a Redrix's claymore for losing. The other team thought it was the end of the world.
