Is this game worth getting in 2020?

I recently bought the new Modern Warfare game, but can't really enjoy it because of the excessive amounts of campers. I saw gameplay of this and it had much more run and gun action/play style.

As a person who wants a game without campers and only constant action, is it worth getting Black Ops 4? I've heard that the servers were dead, is this true?
