Does anyone know if the short story contest is supposed to be several short stories or your entire entry is one short story?

I've tried reading through the official rules and looking for any questions anyone has asked about the contest but I can't seem to find a solid answer.

Based on the examples provided it does look like your entry should be comprised of several stories with a common theme. But then when I remembered they will publish it as an anthology it made me wonder if the winners will just be part of a collection of short stories on Webtoon?

I am super confused and hoping someone knows! I would ask Webtoon outright but I don't know how to contact them with questions.
