Lump on puppy’s face

Chihuahua, female, intact, 8-9 weeks, less than 5lbs (but unsure).

My puppy has a large mass under her left eye. It’s kind of a firm but still somewhat squishy mass. I can feel it from the outside, obviously, and if I put my finger under her lip. It doesn’t really move too much from where it’s located.

She was attacked by my husky mix on March 7th. I took her to the ER as she was bleeding a lot from her nose and drooling. The vet said that there was a puncture beside her nose on her right side, and that her left eye was a little swollen. They gave her some sort of painkiller and sent us on our way as she wasn’t exhibiting signs of brain damage. She has been fine, eating and drinking like normal. She sleeps, and the mass doesn’t seem to be painful to her when I touch it. Is this something that I need to be worried about and bring her back to the vet for? Or should I wait since there was trauma to her face and just see if it eventually goes down?
