Travel Ban from Europe to US due to Corona

I already had tickets purchases for my friend (March 16) and my wife and kids (April 9) to fly home from Greece to United States. I work here and Athens and my job is finishing soon. How does reimbursement work for previously purchased tickets? Or can I change the dates??
