PLEASE HELP ORTHODONTIST

Ok so my jaw is small and in photos my lips and jaw are VERY unsymmetrical. Its mostly my jaw that is unsymmetrical. I have expanders on my teeth now. Will these expanders make my jaw and lips more symmetrical?? Will it make my face look symmetrical? Please reply ill be so so grateful. Thanks. Edit : I got a reply, but if ANYONE knows more about this please comment and tell me if it will make my jaw more symmetrical.
