Getting a Doctor's Note?

So I wasn't feeling the greatest these past few weeks and there were some assignments in a class I missed out on. My professor wants me to obtain some sort of doctor's note or documentation in order to be excused or have late deduction penalties waived. Unfortunately, I've read that PUSH doesn't offer doctor notes and that they're awful in the first place.

Any ideas how I could get some sort of documentation? Is there a doctor office nearby anyone knows about? I got decent health insurance so I'm fine with anywhere. I was planning on getting a doctors note from back home during Spring break but canceled my flight back home (I live in Cali) due to COVID-19 as I don't want to accidentally contract it and infect others. I really need this doctors note as it could change my grade significantly.
