at what point do you get ES (emergency services) involved. i said to myself after i got out of a psych ward almost 2 years ago that id do it for sure. sometime late last year i said i’d kill myself march 23rd, it’s march 12. thats 11 days away, the more i think about it the more scared i get. i don’t want to do another hospital stay.
