Build help

Hey this will be my tenth league playing PoE, I have over 3000 hours played, this is the first league I am struggling to pick a build on.

I would like a trickster/assas OR a tanky high scaling psychical champ build.

I would prefer if the build is NOT a miner or a pure map clear build. Budget is not a problem, I always grind my way up to gg items.

If there was a scoring I would like something like this; Survivability 8/10 Clear speed/ease 6/10 Boss killing 9/10 Budget 10/10

I would like to play the build until 97-98 with mediocre difficulty a8 sirus kills.

Thank you for your suggestions.
