Need help - suspicious patients

Hello pharmacy world

Need help here. There are this wife and husband. They both come in and get between 20 to 15 prescriptions each ranging from tylenol, nicotine patches gums, ibuprofen, itching medications, anti depressants, allergy, pain, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. They are both foreigners and everytime they need a refill or picking up they make us go through the medications one at a time. I have asked if he or his wife has cancer and answer is no.

They come in and get rxs more than someone who is dying or opioid addict. The husband and wife doesn't really care either sometimes if things have no refills or not and just tells us to send refill requests etc. They don't get mad like other patients who really need their stuff nor do they look like they even take their medications.

My suspicion is they are selling these medications on the side to their cultural community. I have seen this happen in my own community and the signs are all there.

My question is who do I tell or turn to anonymously? Its nice that they are bringing up our fill numbers but the pharmacist in me says this is just plain wrong with so many red flags.
