Favorite enemy to fight?

The combat system in BOTW is pretty cool in my opinion. I think my favorite enemy to battle would be lizalfoes; A) they’re cute B) I like how they jump around C) they are more complicated than just “swing sword to win” Curious to see if anyone shares my feelings, or if you have another enemy, what makes them so fun to fight for you?
