Jesus, the original (rightous) Apostate

PIMO Life

The best come back ever, when you are called an apostate. Guess what? Jesus was considered an apostate to the pharisees.

I realized the other day that the Pharisees treated Jesus like an Apostate. They discouraged anyone from listening to him because they wanted to maintain power and authority. His truth shamed them, like our truth about the truth shames watchtower doctrine and power. We don't even have to go far in their own doctrine and books to prove them liars.

Those who didn't test the truth and denied Jesus, would have followed the pharisees to death. They were to afraid of listening to anything that challenged their beliefs the very definition of how conformation bias is encouraged in unhealthy situations. Only listen to what information we provide. Sound familiar?
