What are you stocking up on to make during the future shortages ?

i stocked up on all essential spices and dried herbs, dried grains and beans, and all the necessary canned products to make plenty of curries. got a 20 lb bag of flower to experiment with my new sourdough starter that will be ready to rock and roll in the next few days.
