ApartmentManagement is being insufferable because I complained ONCE that theres a roach problem in my apartment...

Long story short, about 4 months back i found out that I was rooming with roaches , an issue that isn't that big of a deal, I just bought roach bait and raid and took care of them myself, but after awhile it became too much. I'm paying too much money in rent for there to be roaches in my place of living.. I expressed this as kindly as I could to management to which they said they'd resolve it. (on top of that my mother expressed frustration of this continued issue when she visited) Now all of a sudden, I got an upstairs neighbor whos tap dancing all damn day and night specifically above my room.. i can't help but think this is a petty attack from management, as i even complained about this new issue, explaining that i get up early for work and this is a problem for me. Now at constant specific times the neighbors are stomping and crashing into walls- literally making the walls shake.
I was going to look for a solution in the r / revenge area of this site, but I dunno. I just dont' know what to do- the lease isn't over until next year so imma have to deal with this or just pay out and leave.. should i just go to revenge and get peeps to put negative reviews on their complex? Wat do?
