[IWantOut] 23m USA -> Anywhere

I am a 23 yr old with a bachelor's in Multidisciplinary studies. I was thinking of doing a masters degree in social work in another country like Germany due to tuition fees. I am a little weary due to the fact I have barely traveled out of the state I'm from. It would also require me to have 12k in the bank each semester to be recommended in Germany. Another option would be to move somewhere in the states where it is warm and would have nature inclined areas. That would not solve the tuition problem due to it being more expensive out of state.

A warm climate is preferred but not necessary. Any other suggestions are welcome
