Theraspecs changed the game!

My story is the same as most of you. Have had migraines all my life (25F), and the past few years they have evolved to develop new triggers and I am more sensitive and migraine-prone than I have ever been. My neurologist is big into non-medication lifestyle adjustments and most of his suggestions have worked wonders! But I am still easily pushed over the edge by bright lights. My theraspecs came in the mail the other day and I haven’t taken them off since. When I first put them on I thought “oh, so THIS is what it feels like to not be in pain from light!!!” The relief is incredible. My eyes are relaxed. They are a bit expensive but if you feel like you are out of options and haven’t tried them, I’d recommend. There are other brands besides Theraspecs too and you can also get the coating through an optometrist with a prescription. Just wanted to share my experience!
