Best place for intrinsics and the method?

My friends recently told me its possible to get the shedu blueprint since the erra cutscene is now available to watch without investigating the anomaly in the veil, and now i want to get the shedu parts but cant since i don’t have any of the railjack skills to level 7 and i can’t find a good place or method to farm intrinsics either!
