I just moved to Cali from SK, and I've never even been here before so I'm not familiar with the ways around here. Is it socially acceptable if someone hit a bong in their backyard? I live in a complex so I have hella neighbors that can see this person that have balconies. I know it's legal here, but does it look bad, is it socially unacceptable?
