Why hasn't MCPS been closed yet?

All the universities and colleges in Maryland have already closed down or will close starting next week but MCPS hasn't taken any steps. The number of cases are growing every day especially in MOCO but MCPS is still putting all the students and staff at harm's way. Idk if they understand that it's deadly and it's spreading quickly in MOCO. It's already here and has been been here for a while!!
