Bought a condo and now I hate it

Hi. First time home owner. Bought a condo. Realized that it needs a lot of work. I’m fixing things little by little and the whole process has been a learning curve for me. Also I share walls with neighbors that in my opinion are not that friendly and that actually annoys me more than anything.

One of them complains about every little noise by banging on my wall, through calls and aggressive texts. The other is passive aggressive and she complains to the other neighbor who also happens to be the head of the HOA. I’m trying to play nice, but I even suspect they resent me moving there or don’t like something about me. Some of their complaints are very petty.

This may sound cutthroat, but I wanna sell already and it’s only been a couple of months. Bad juju. I’m eating the costs of fixing it up, but there is no way to quantify the human element. This is an up and coming area, so I can stick it out and sell in a couple of years for profit, but I don’t wanna walk on eggshells in my own house
