Does anyone have periods where you feel constantly little dizzy and like lagging and balloon headed (hard to describe)

I felt this way before I started zoloft 50mg. It went away for 6 years then this week it’s back. I got so dizzy i could hardly walk, then a week later it’s still here but not as dizzy.
