Locations of Skyrim

Does anyone actually have a confirmed answer of how many locations there are in vanilla Skyrim? DLC included (solstheim too) My friend is trying to get all the locations and he has 345, but the numbers he's been finding online are so varied from 343, to around 360 ish. So does anyone actually know for sure?
