Is this merchandise official?

So a while back, a company called Sanshee produced a line of high quality FNaF merchandise, which included 10" replicas of the character plushies from the games. This included the main cast from the 1st game as well as a Golden Freddy and Fredbear one. However, at one point Sanshee lost the rights to FNaF and stopped selling merchandise. But for some reason, I have found a source that sells not only these exact plushies, but a variety of other 10" plush toys of the same calibur that, to my knowledge, were never produced by Sanshee. This includes a Shadow Freddy and Darklight Freddy replica. I'm not sure if these are officially licensed, and I cannot seem to find any official info on them. The main place these products seem to be sold is a website called Plushie Paradise, where they are being sold for noticeably cheaper than the Sanshee ones were. They seem to be of just as high quality, so I was wondering if anyone had heard about these before.
