[Skin Concerns] Foot peel kit had no effect

I used the Earth Therapeutics Soft & Smooth Gentle Peeling Foot Mask, for longer than the indicated time and it did absolutely nothing.
The skin on my feet is thick and dries out and cracks, often very painful.
What is the industrial strength peel method?
