Ontario Canada Lease

Hi all, I am a resident in Hamilton Ontario and I have some questions about the rights that tenants have. I share a house with 4 others, who all signed a lease. One of them is planning to bring their girlfriend to move in for the whole Summer (she is subletting her house). This impedes the way of life for everyone else, and we do not want to allow it. Is our housemate allowed to do this?
