I can’t get pencil mark of my new jacket :(

I recently bought a North Face down jacket after saving my money for a while, and I put it in my backpack with some of my school stuff in it (I had pencils in the bottom of the bag) and now there is an area that has been marked heavily by the pencils. I want to get it off without ruining the down feathers inside. I’ve tried using an eraser, wet cloth with dish soap and nothing seems to work. picture of mark
