Monitor turns black and all fans in the computer speed up

Been having sudden issues with my computer, and I mean the problems all started a couple of weeks ago when we had renovation in our apartements. This could be related or not, but i'll just try to give as much information as I can.

Sudden power outage, I fire up the computer and play maybe an hour of games before everything freezes and I get a blue screen with error code: 0xc004f074. The windows activation thingy in the bottom right starts showing, and system shows that my windows was not activated. I activated it again with my key and everything seemed good.

Then to the issue which have caused me the biggest headache. My monitor turns black and all the fans in the computer speed up like crazy. I can hear people on discord for around half a minute before "it crashes" and I have to restart my computer. This happens at random times. Sometimes after two hours of gaming, sometimes after a couple of minutes on only the desktop. - I have monitored the temperature and under load it doesn't go above 60C.

So I have switched my GTX 1080 with my friend's system, to test if he has the same issues. If it matters I've changed to a GTX 660. My computer haven't had any crashes. My friend haven't had any issues either. (Consider he has been gaming less so could be coming idk).

I have really no idea what is causing this issue.. Would really appreciate some help if anyone has any idea.
