NoFap allone doesn't make you happy

What I found out this week ist that NoFap allone doesn't make you happy. I relapsed on Saturday, and now I fully trusted in NoFap, I expected that just NoPMO makes me running the week like nobody else. So, what I want to say, is that NoFap is the basis for being happy, but NoFap allone doesn't fix your life. If you don't masturbate a whole day but had a bad exam or you were just lying in your bed, that's not it. Go out and train, learn or do your hobby.
