Raveena’s adopted daughters

Someone on the Raveena’s daughter’s birthday post has commented that Raveena’s adopted daughters never lived with her and that she just paid a few rupees here and there. As per her interviews it seemed as though the kids were adopted as her own children, not as sponsorship. Can anyone share more about this and hopefully with some legitimacy?
