Thank your DM

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to put out a thought to my fellow D&D folks: please thank your DM after every session. Give them a compliment and let them know you appreciate their time and effort. Tell them something special from the session that you thought was awesome, and get excited to talk with your DM about cool ideas.

Yes, not every DM responds. Not every DM will have the time to correspond with you about your excitement. But I can absolutely guarantee that each and every DM appreciates knowing that you enjoyed their work and that you enjoyed the time they devoted to being a DM.

TLDR: give a thank you to your DM after the session. It'll help everyone.
