KBAR gyro question

I'm setting up my KBAR gyro with XK X6 transmitter. I got few problems:

1. I can reverse the collective channel, but I can't reverse throttle(ESC) channel.

2. Max traverse of both throttle and collective is 98, can't raise it to 100.

It seems there's no throttle settings in XK X6 transmitter..
