Vertical Line On Screen

Started about an hour ago i keep getting a thin black line up my monitor screen, i've tried changing cords & using another monitor (no line on other monitor).. Sometimes the line is gone for 10~ mins then comes back always in the same spot. Img below. Windows 10.
