Can't activate slayer counter interface

Hi There.

I recently made myself a new HCIM account and it seems I can't toggle the slayer counter interface thing. (in game time works fine).

Are there any requirements needed to toggle this on and off like a slayer helm?

I'm not getting any error message either, so I suspect it being buggy.
