Add an option to disable all text from loading screens and bring back animated loading screens

We only got animated loading screens for one or two seasons and never did again. I think they should come back since there are a lot of potential concepts to make unique animated loading screens. Also, PLEASE add an option to disable all the text in loading screens with "Early Access" and tips a lot of us already know, like reminding us that doors stay open until closed... These words cover up a significant amount of screen space, thus making us unable to appreciate the whole loading screen.
