2003 Nissan Maxima 6 speed. Bogging down/loss of power. I'm losing my shit trying to figure this out

I can't think of anything else here... It's bogging down. In any gear and in neutral. It's almost like it's struggling for air, either in or out. When I drive, doesn't matter what gear, floor it and it struggles to gain speed and RPM, but it sounds like it wants to

I've gutted all the precats to make sure they aren't clogged, got a new main cat, replaced the two cam sensors and crank sensor, switched out the TB from my car which works. I've changed the oil and made sure it's at a perfect level. I've swapped MAF's, used a different intake and filter, used 2 new valve timing solenoids... Still, nothing. I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out
