Horrible Battery Life on eOS 5.1.2

I'm running eOS on my Dell Precision 5530 using the Intel graphics with Nvidia turned of (using Nvidia 430.50 driver).

However, battery life is a mess. Usually with Kubuntu I got around 7-8 hours, but with eOS it just 2 to max 3.

TLP is already installed and running.

What could be the issue and how can I check in more details, what consumes the most battery?

Thanks.
