New watch surprise by my friends! They purchased this secretly for me and surprised me with it today. Was in complete disbelief asking if I was being trolled. I haven't been this excited over a watch in awhile. This beaut has a gorgeous blue dial and great dial details with concentric circles in the small seconds. For the price, the GMT and overall quality/aesthetic of the watch is simply outstanding. Unfortunately the band it came with seems to be 21mm instead of 22mm but it will go on a metal bracelet soon.
Currently reconsidering which watch to bring on a trip to Japan, might have to bring both the Alpinist and this one now! Super chuffed about this watch!
