Looks like it. Can you tell what is wrong with the ends of the leaves?

Mine had a leaf do that when it got damaged. If it wasn't that, you could try asking on r/succulents.

I can tell it is not doing well but I don't know what to do to help it since I don't know what it is. Purchased from a nursery under the succulents section in December 2019. At first it was growing, but over the last few weeks the leaves have been turning red, drooping and some are drying up at the ends.
