I can't be expected to play Trials when the lag issues are this bad in casual.

Discussion

I'm not a big PVP player myself, but considering this update is half Trials, it seems like it's difficult to avoid playing Crucible in general without feeling like I'm missing out on content. Played a few games or normal control and some survival competitive, and good lord it seems like half the matches are some of the laggiest nonsense I have ever seen in a modern game. Here's just one example, the entire match was filled with being shot around corners but I felt this was the most ridiculous death.

You can see the special ammo drop where I was when I died, so it was absolutely not my connection. I highly doubt too many of these types of situations are anything past just bad connection by accident, but I can't imagine playing a gamemode where a single loss is enough to completely screw you over when there's probably an even larger chance of encountering lag like this in a competitive lobby.

Yeah, I hit this a lot myself. I love when you put a whole clip into someone and they take no damage then melee you death across the map.

The other playlists are all Skill Based, rather than connection based, other than classic mix and trials

Head into classic mix, see if the lag is still as bad, and if it’s not, you should be able to handle the lag in Trials
