I was recently running Impale Champion Cyclone with claws so I had some LGOH but honestly, the bosses are rough towards the end. I'm not really sure what I would be running here, mainly looking for inspiration.

You could spec in some lifesteal and go for 1 blood seeker if that helps.
Yeah I was running Bloodseeker + Wasp Nest but once you get to the higher waves it just takes too long to kill the bosses and you end up dying for it.
Damn. I’ve never touched claws so I really can’t help you any further I’m afraid:/
Did you try hollow palm technique?
Facebreaker Cyclone Gladiator with Unshattered Will is a strong contender in my opinion. It has a lot of ways to mitigate or avoid damage, and can get to ~6k life pretty easily, and support that with Vaal Molten Shell / Molten Shell. The build costs a lot this league (Ryslatha's Coil, oof), but if you have the currency it's worth it.
I can clear 20 Wave simulacrum deathless as ED cont trickster
I have done 3 Simulacrums so far and cleared 20 waves of all 3 attempts.
I'm playing a Whispering Ice Scion character, and it is amazing for Delirium encounters in maps too.
As long as you have a good enough PC to run it. Everyone on reddit seems to play PoE on a Pentium IV.
