I preordered the game via Amazon but I didn't receive any bonus (Doom 64, Doot skin etc). Now can I get them?

i preordered from steam and didnt get mine

Play the first mission, after that, go back to main menu and it will have unlocked

You should have got an email from Amazon with a code in - it came through on Friday for me.
