What is the most arrogant/selfish thing you've ever seen/heard?

Not firsthand, but a classic story among my college friends.
Back in college, they had just finished renovating the dorms and we were all moving in. There was a specialty room on our floor that a couple of people had access to, but they had replaced the locks and we didn't have our keys yet despite residence life (the powers that be) promising they would be there when we got back in the fall. Two guys went down the the res life office and asked if they had them yet. The very nice lady there explained between sobs that the person who was responsible had just died suddenly and the whole office was still a bit shaken up and disorganized. One of the guys, a very nice person normally, cuts her off yelling "I DON'T CARE IF SOMEONE DIED, YOU PROMISED US OUR KEYS!" Luckily the other guy grabbed him and dragged him outside before too many bridges were burned, but that phrase still lives in infamy as a dramatically inappropriate reaction.
My exgirlfriend mom ,she advise her daughter to sell herself that night to a man , so she could get a better cell phone she had. I said no! but when i wasnt lookin ,the old woman took my keys and her daughter...so she can have a better cell phone....makes me sad to this day.

When people eat the last piece without even offering others first.. I wanted cookie..
The funny thing is that when you get down to the last piece/cookie/cup of soda/sammich, and everyone's polite, it turns into one big silent deadlock, and an entire plate of perfectly good food gets left on the table.

I was at a party and a girl said to a buddy of mine "Once you tap this ass, nothing will ever compare." This is coming from a little person.
my ex-girlfriend faked cancer, faked a charity and screwed over a bunch of people out of a lot of money.
My three year old cousin. He doesn't know any better, but he just seems like he is naturally selfish/arrogant. I went out to eat with him and I ordered chocolate milk and he started crying because HE can only drink chocolate milk. So everyone at the table ordered chocolate milk and he had to deal with it.
That's a douche waiting to grow up.
My nephew did this with the radio. He was the only one allowed to sing the songs on the radio. So we all sang as loud as possible in a Waynes World Bohemian Rhapsody style dancing and he pretty much lost it and we laughed hysterically.
He does this too! No one is allowed to sing when he's singing.
