7 Day Streak NoFap; Finding it Really hard since I really wanna relapse, MOTIVATE ME PLSSS

I am like 7 days in and i really wanna break it.

It's literally killing me, the most difficult part for me about this run is that i get far too sexually frustrated with not currently having a Girlfriend nor Fapping.

Give me Power Fapstronauts; Give me your energy.

Please give me some tips in order to maintain myself to keep going since i most definitely know i can go up to a year but seems like a long feat for me as of right now.

I really want to not give in but sometimes release every now and again isn't so bad right? haha....
